D Rinaldi : Fee dodger ... attending events but not paying club membership fees.

There are rules in the membership agreement to protect members and club from extreme anti-social behaviour and derogatory comments made by other members. People will lose their membership if they break this rule. This page is a warning.
In extreme cases of bad behaviour or rule breaking, people will be asked by the management to make a public apology (email).
In these situations the final decision rests with the club management only.

I think this is a good deterrent to stop further anti-social behaviour. For repeated rule breaking they will of course lose their membership - the club cannot afford to have this kind of behaviour often. As the club grows bigger, from time to time it will inevitably happen. I hope everyone tries to show a little tolerance.

会員規約に、メンバーによる過激な反社会的行動と罵詈雑言からメンバーとクラブをを守るルールがあります。ルール違反者は、会員の資格を失います

少し厳しいですが、全ての人が取り乱してしまうということがあるので、ほとんどの人に二度目のチャンスを与えるべきです - 完璧な人間はいません。現在のところ、2つだけ選択肢があります;

見過ごし、二度と起こらないことを望む、または個人的に話をする（うまくいかなかった実績あり）

クラブから追放する（最終手段）

最終手段の状況では、該当者はクラブ運営者からメールにて、公に謝罪するように求められます。もし謝罪を行わない場合は、メーリングリストにて名前が公表されます - シンガポールとUKでのやり方です（ASBO）。

このような状況では、最終決定はクラブの運営者により下されます。なにか問題があった場合の報告は、ウェブの問い合わせフォームを使ってください。あくま でも、これは、ささいな問題のためにあるわけでありません。十分説得力のある理由以外では、報告しないということを念頭においてください。

これは、反社会的行動を止める良い抑止手段だと思います。度重なるルール違反者は、当然ながら会員の資格を失います。クラブでは、このような行動が度々起 こることを許すことはできません。クラブ規模が大きくなるにつれて、このようなことは時折いや応なく起こります。皆さん一人ひとりが、少しずつ寛容さを見 せてくれることを望みます。

これが悪意のあることではなく、気軽な感じに取ってもらえることを望みますが、反則者に気づいてもらい、少しきまり悪い思いを感じてもらえたらと思います。
