Outdoor Event Fee

Paid to the event organizer on the day of the event.

The event organizer fee helps cover the cost of maps, phone calls, internet and time spent helping members.

Outdoor event organizer fee is 500 yen/day.

• Friday night departure not included.
• If hiking then routes should be on hiking trails (not parks and streets).
• If little preparation needed the fee can be reduced by the organizer - they decide.

Some special places like the Alps might have an extra 500en attendance fee. Organizers can ask the management for approval before posting. If bus rental and accommodation reservation such as overnight ski trips for many people then a 1,000 yen attendance fee ok - with management approval first.

Social events  NO  fee, except if there is a lot of preparation or organization. It will be considered on a case by case basis. Organizers can ask the club management about a fee before posting the event.
