Application form and club conditions agreement must be completed to become a member.

You must be 20 years old or over to join. Consult the management about allowing younger people to join with parental permission.

After 2 days all unpaid applications will be deleted - don't forget to pay!

2. Pay Using Bank

Membership plans and prices are more expensive by bank transfer (a lot more work - cheaper prices by credit card and PayPal).

No free trial system.

No bank account? Cash deposit also ok - account not needed. If Japanese language problems, print out the details and show to the bank staff, I'm sure they will help you deposit the money at a machine or counter.

At some Japanese bank machines you will probably have to select 'Foreign Banks', then look for Citibank in katakana シティバンク銀行

Procedure

After you pay you should send a message with your payment date, amount, name used for bank transfer, email address, OCJ name and username.
Each person must open their own OCJ account so they agree to the club conditions - married couples cannot share one account. But the membership payment for two can be made together.
Be warned, bank transfer takes a lot of work to process manually. If you do not follow the plans given, any refund or change will be charged at 3,000en/hour - starting with a minimum of 1,000en. Do not try to send money by bank transfer for the credit card membership options - you will lose it in refund administration charges!

1. Register.
2. Pay the membership fee by bank transfer within 2 days.
3. Email OCJ through the contact page with the details requested.
4. Wait until your payment is confirmed.
5. Admin will open your account and you will get an automatic welcome email. You can log in then.
