Visitors and guests are welcome to join this event. You are expected to bring food (and drinks) the same as members. You will also have to pay costs towards the room fee of 500en.

I reserved a room in Shibuya workers centre for Sunday evening. We share the room cost of about 200en each.
Room is big enough for 60 people so we can do something interesting...


Things to  Do [ã�™ã‚‹ã�“ã�¨ã€�ã�§ã��ã‚‹ã�“ã�¨]

It will be a 'potluck' style party = bring some food to share with others, up to about 1,000en cost. Bring your own drinks (cheap system).

    * Outdoor gear recycle event/sale/givaway... I know several members are bringing old and new stuff.

Meeting Time & Place [集�時間�場所]

In Room 2 on 2nd floor - Dai ni shitsu.

Start time... 6.00pm. End time is 9.00pm then we all clean up - out of room by 9.15pm. 2nd party in izakaya or bar possible after that.

Look for a sign with 'Outdoor Club Japan' on it, or ask at the reception.

Directions

Cross the road north from Shibuya station on the hachiko side... going back to Harajuku. Turn left at Tower Records and go up the hill. Just opposite Parco 1 and Parco 2 on the corner of the street.

2 minutes and it is on your right, a white building on the corner. Look/ask for 'OCJ Outdoor Japan' in room 2 on the 2nd floor probably.


Cost [費用]


Food to share with others, around 1,000en.

Room cost is about 5,000en/number of people so about 200en each paid on arrival.

Guests and visitors who are not OCJ members need to also pay visitor room fee of 500en, in addition to bringing shared food and drinks.
