OCJ Overnight Christmas Party Dec. 16, 17th 2006

We will have an OCJ Overnight Christmas Party on the 16, 17th of December.

Let's have a nice Christmas dinner together in cozy (heated) lodge in Kofu!

Place: Mountopia Kurobera ( Kofu, Yamanashi, 1 hour 30 mins from Tokyo)

Train cost about 1800-3510yen from Shinjuku (one way) - if you buy JR Azusa kaisuuken 6 tickets set, 2800yen each in group of 3 people.

 Total cost : 7000yen　– Heated lodge, dinner, drinks, futon (Bath, everything included)
Limit is 60 people - please reserve place as soon as possible!

Accommodation:
Stay in a lodge ( 10 lodges for 5-7 people; each lodge has washroom, kitchen, fridge )

Can camp - free!  Cost will be 2000yen less if you camp. ( Bring your things for camping )

Booking: by 10th of Dec., Sunday next week! Since we will have special Christmas food, have to consider how much food we need to prepare, so please book by 10th of Dec., Sunday next week.
