Tuesday night in luxury lodge ...1,000en - 1,500en: Okutama lake and hike Wednesday
Great chance to get together for Tuesday dinner and drinks.... BBQ, hot stew, okonomiyaki, cheese fondue, hot spiced tea wine etc etc.
Could be popular ... maybe rental van and we can make pick up times for late people.

Nothing needed for this trip as the cottages have everything! Heated, hot showers, beds, kitchen, nice balcony for BBQ!
We were going to have a xmas party here but got canceled at the last moment. Anyway, its a great place and we can have a party here Tuesday night before Wednesday holiday. Its easy to get to , even after work.

So I need to know tonight to be sure of getting rooms for people. If you cancel after reserving you will have to pay basic cottage fee of 1,000en to 1,500en/ person (none payment will result in loss of club membership).
Non-member guests additional 1,000en extra.

Transport
Train from Shinjuku (1736 or if later, share cheap taxi van from Okutama stn) >Tachikawa>Ome> Okutama 1916. Usually takes about 1 hour 30 minutes+.
Buses from Okutama; 16.35, 17.15, 17.42, 18.46, 19.20 (last bus). Takes about 20 minutes to Ogochi Jinja by Okutama lake then walk 35 minutes to campsite.
Late Arrival + Large Taxi Van
Shinjuku 1939 > Okutama 2129 > Taxi 2130> Campsite direct possible. Should not be expensive if 6 people+.
Thing to Do
Evening together with BBQ on big balcony, drinks...No need to get up early but check out is 10am Wednesday.
Fishing in the lake for wasagi or similar fish. Easy hiking to onsen 2hrs+, or longer hike.
Cost
Cottage fee about 1,500en-2,000en including BBQ hire, charcoal etc.
Train and bus cheap ... maybe around 3,000en for return trip from Shinjuku. Taxi share from Okutama also cheap if 4 or 5 people. There is larger van taxi to fit more people (6-8 people+) then cheapppp! I can reserve if fixed time for late arrival : 2130 :-)
Food - Bring with you! Something to cook for about 1,500en. Also something easy to make for breakfast. Drinks also - please bring with you.
