Sports Day - Saturday 13th * to ***

I have some tickets for Central Fitness Club (about 1400 yen - I will confirm this).
On Saturday I will go to Ichikawa branch of CFC and anyone is welcome to join. You can come anytime - just call my mobile but it is better let me know before.
The club is 1 to 2 minutes from the station using the north exit.

Activities
Aerobics, training, yoga etc
Gym machines
Squash courts and basketball
Golf
Pool , jacuzzi and sauna


(will be going again to a Tokyo branch maybe next weekend)

Sunday 14th - Montbell climbing wall and Thai food festival in Yoyogi park
Will got to Yoyogi park a few hours before climbing wall event, probably around 12 noon.

日曜、第14に―Yoyogi公園のMontbellのクライミング・ウォールおよびタイの食物フェスティバル
でしょう、Yoyogiに到着する、壁競技(恐らく12の正午ごろ)に登る数時間前に駐車します。
