Social Night: Akihabara Hub Pub, Weds 27 April, from 7.45pm-8pm start until late.
Casual meeting of members, their guests, and visitors who want to join the club...
Bring your friends, and any outdoor gear (tents, camping and hiking gear) that you'd like to sell or giveaway to other club members. Get to know other club members, plus get your gear ready for Golden Week camping/hiking.
We have some items to bring: Gas camping stove + 2 gas canisters, new Icebreaker top (women's S/XS) , new outdoor pants (women's L), hiking pole, drink bottle carrier/coolers, maybe some other camping items.
Brent surely has some stuff from the US, and other people please bring your excess gear too!
P.S. Andy is travelling in Asia, so we'll post this social event this time... So new memberships will have to go through website as normal, rather than on the night.

Location: JR Akihabara station on the Yamanote line...
Near Yodobashi Camera, Tsukuba express exit and Yamanote line - about 1 minute from station.
How to get there
Photos can be seen on the OCJ message board.Ground floor of office building about 100m from JR Akihabara station. Central exit nearest Yodobashi Camera and Tsukuba Express line train (not Electric Town exit).The easy way is come out of the central exit near the Tsukuba express and turn left, then go round to the train tracks (yamanote line above). Follow the tracks 2 minutes (Ueno direction - north) and you arrive at the building ( Fuji Soft BLDG) with the Hub pub inside. On the way you will pass MacDonalds on the right side and you will see Yodabashi camera on the right across the road.
Look for OCJ sign or big group of people of mixed nationalities just outside the door - we will have tables outside pub (in building so dry).
