How many interested in a BBQ party at a riverside camp site.
I have booked oneday use.
If more than 10 people join this BBQ party will be held.
I will bring my BBQ equipment so basically you do not have to bring anything but your own drink. (I will bring tea and food.)
If you have, it would be better to bring outdoor chairs or sheets to sit down.
This is a social event so you do not have to be an OCJ member, but you have to reply and tell how many will come clearly since I need to prepare.
You can take your family, friends and partner.
If you want to eat something particular food, you need to take.
Start 11.00am ~ until 4:00pm.

This camp site is near Ura-yamaguchi station (1.5~2 hours from Ikebukuro).
A casual social event (not managed by Admin) - just look for members.
Anyone can join this event! Do not ask "Can I join?", you will not get a reply!
It is for members, and visitors who want to meet members before joining.

I am planning to take my family, my wife, an 11 years old boy and a 9 years old girl.

Please reply by 7th August then I can prepare.
FYI, usually cost is about 3000 yen.

Cant use weather forecast 5-6 days before. In summer it is unreliable 1 day before for mountain areas.
