Easy way is go to the workers welfare center in Shibuya - recently refurbished and open from April 2013 ... this week!
People used it after Fukushima so closed for 2 years.

200en/hour for badminton - go and use courts (2) by queue system with other people but I think not crowded.
I have 4 spare rackets ... 300en as I need to get new handle cover. We share shuttle cost.
I think the center has rentals.


Its open from 9am til 9pm...

I can meet at Hachiko statue (dog outside station) at 3.40pm. After that we  meet at the center.

Well,so what time will we meet? And where will be a meeting place? Badminton court in Shibuya? This is my first time to join the event, so I don't know how to contact each other...

Its open from 9am til 9pm... so we need to decide a time.

Which means .... say what time you can go. I have no idea when you can arrive, so cannot decide a time until you tell me.
If you cannot attend a meeting time you can call .  I think, if you are Japanese you can find your way in Shibuya if you have address, map and the phone number for the center.

I called 勤労福祉会館 to ask about racket. They said that they have enough racket to rent.
So , we can borrow them. They also said that we have to bring shoes for indoor court.
