I'm in if around 7:30 is okay.  I work until 6 pm in Kamakura, so it will probably be around 7:30 by the time I can get there.

As its Friday (people busy), we will not prepare food  to share.

Just bring your own if hungry.

Just bring your own drinks.

Simple.

I don't mind the 500 yen, instead of 300.  Definitely keen on cheese, though I'm a non-drinker, so won't be of any help with the wine.

I'll bring some veggies with dip.

OK. The Cosco idea sounds good. Can I please make one request ?

I can't eat kiwi. So I would prefer things without kiwi in it.

Thanks very much.

Basically it would be a selection of cheese and anything special that is expensive from Japanese shops but cheap in Costco. Some of the large cakes are very cheap (cheescake and tiramisu).

A big block of cheese in Costco is about 500en (cost in Japanese shop would be 10 times more, or even more...). Only if there was money left I would get wine etc but probably unlikely.
3 types of cheese would be nice and the individual cost would be 100en.  Crackers are nothing...

Card unfortunately costs 4,000en but I can use it in future for meetings and events. Between 20 people it's 200en.
The 3 blocks of cheese would cost at least 15,000en from a Japanese shop so looking at it that way its a big saving!
Room cost about 300en hopefully if enough people come. With some special food probably total 600en but will try and keep it to 500en.
