I might not be able to arrive at 7.30pm.
So Shigeru or volunteer needed to go to restaurant say 7.35pm ,and ask in person for (outside) tables after 8pm. If they see people then maybe they will keep a few tables together outside.
By telephone they will not do anymore but if someone goes and asks maybe possible. Tell them we have 15 people waiting at the station before 8pm.

I just got final decision about tents for weekend trip just now... I had to wait long time for answer...
So I will not reach there until maybe 8pm. You, as a group, will have to send someone to restaurant (Shigeru!?) early to ask for tables together after 8pm.
It is a bad idea to wait until 8pm and then go there with 13+ people and then start waiting- bad idea. Send 1 person 7.40pm to ask for tables after 8pm.
