Title & Date (タイトル, 日付): Aug 2nd: Edogawa Fireworks (Hanabi) and Picnic (25 people)
From the Ichikawa side you can get very close to fireworks display - I know a few spots that do not get so crowded, or behind the ticket area. This display is one of the biggest and most popular around Tokyo.
Another international group will be there so about 25 people.
You can bring guests.

Andy 090 ....
I recommended a spot where there is a water outlet - center of this map by river. To the left of " 5 chome".
